Who's behind this?

Venturi Advisors was founded on a simple observation: buyers have changed, and most social proof hasn't kept up.Prospects arrive more informed and more skeptical than ever and even the most recognized brand names aren't enough without the right proof at the right moment. We help teams build social proof that says exactly what a buyer needs to hear, exactly when they need to hear it.

Cory Lindsay

Cory spent six years in B2B SaaS sales, carrying quota and building teams before specialising in social proof strategy. Three of those years were at G2, working directly with software companies on how proof shapes purchasing decisions, and what actually moves a skeptical buyer to 'yes'.That experience sits at the core of how Venturi builds proof today: not just collected, but built to work at the exact moment a buyer needs it.

Alexander Reissiger

Xander has worked nearly every angle of the B2B SaaS funnel: Leading SDR teams, revenue operations, and closing high ticket deals - a firsthand view of how sales funnels work and where deals are won or lost.Alongside his sales career, he built a videography practice on the side, and now brings both together at Venturi: producing customer case studies and video proof, and managing the freelance network that helps bring them to life.

Breww x Venturi Advisors

Challenge

Breww approached Venturi Advisors to produce the flagship case studies for their customer advocacy programme. Breww already had written case studies but this was their first time putting a face to the story on video. It was also Breww's first video production project, which meant Venturi Advisors had to provide additional support and guidance on running the process and to fill the gaps where the team didn't have experience to draw on.

The goals of the project were to:

  • Create a series of "Hero" Case Study videos that communicate how breweries solved common pain points around logistics, admin, production, and distribution

  • Create shorter "Social" Cuts of the case studies that would slot into their content calendar to engage Breww's audience

The core challenge was differentiation as brewing equipment looks broadly the same on camera. Each video had to carry the personality of the individual brewer and surface the distinct pain point that the brewery had solved using Breww.

Solution

From planning through to final delivery, Venturi Advisors guided Breww through the process. The plan was to highlight the individuality of the brand and the brewery, while telling a customer story that didn't feel overly polished, scripted, or "marketing-y".Discovery
Venturi Advisors solved this by running a process known as "Jump Start": a short discovery sprint to get fully aligned on how Breww sells before any camera comes out.
This included a couple of brief calls and async research to:

  • Understand how Breww's go-to market (GTM) works

  • Map their most common pain points and objections to ensure the focus is on the right messages

  • Plan out the shoots and content needed to explain key processes and reinforce messaging

Shoot
That preparation meant that every shoot had a clear goal and focus on what needed to be achieved whilst keeping the ask from the client brewers as light as possible.
The focus was running the day as smoothly as possible for the client brewers whilst ensuring there was enough footage captured to support multiple options for the final case studies and supporting assets.
From Breww's perspective, once the date was cleared with the client, the only thing to do was to have a brief check-in before the shoot and show up on the day to build the relationship with the client.
Hero Cut
Having both the GTM context up front and a bank of professionally shot footage meant that the post-production process was aligned to what Breww needed without the need for several rounds of amends.
Venturi Advisors reviewed the transcripts and footage as part of the process and shared the different narratives that could be cut based on what the client brewers discussed.Once this was signed off, the Venturi Advisors team cut the complete "Hero" Case Study and integrated the Breww brand into it.Social Cut
Once this was completed, the team identified multiple options for "micro'"self-contained narratives that focused on specific pains and would fit the role of "Social" Cuts. This followed a similar process of sharing the options up front with the Breww team before finalising them into 30-45-second snippets.

Outcome
